尊敬的各位来宾，欢迎大家来到黄浦区教育学院附属中山学校，这是一所九年一贯制公办学校，在这里上学的孩子年龄跨度是7岁到16岁，覆盖整个义务教育的学段。

Distinguished guests, welcome to Zhongshan School affiliated to College of Education in Huangpu District. This is a 9-year-systempublic school with students aging from 7 to 16, covering the whole period of compulsory education.

我们整个校园占地面积为四万多平方米，共有教学楼、教育学院办公楼、专用教师综合楼和综合体育馆四幢功能建筑。

Our school covers an area of more than 40000 square meters, with four functional buildings including a teaching building, an office building, a multiple-use building for teachers and a sports complex.

坐落在我左手边的是我们校区大型综合体育馆，使用面积在平方米以上，分为上下两层，一楼是50米*8，符合国际比赛标准的泳池，学生可以在这里得到最专业的训练；二楼则是综合市内体育馆，配有高品质的运动地板，可以开展篮球、乒乓、网球等等丰富的体育项目，是学生和我们附近社区居民最喜爱的地方。

On the left is our school’s large sports complex, with a usable area of more than several square meters. There are two floors. On the first floor, there is a swimming pool for 50 meters×8 shuttle swim that meets the international competition standards, where students can get the most professional training. On the second floor, there is an indoor sports complex, equipped with high-quality sports floor where you can play basketball, Ping-Pong, tennis and other sports. And this is the place that our students and residents in our neighborhood love most.

再往这边走，是200米跑道的田径运动场，在上海市中心寸土寸金的地方，是很不容易的，我们场地使用的材质都经过最严格的检测，确保师生在使用中的安全。拥有这么丰富的运动场地，中山的孩子很幸福，黄浦区的孩子很幸福。

This way, you can see a 200-metre track, which is very hard for us to build especially in a city like Shanghai where every inch counts. All the materials we use for the site are rigorously examined so as to ensure the safety of both teachers and students. Children in Zhongshan School and Huangpu District are happy to have such multi-functional sports ground.

中山学校的教学楼呈L型，当中交叉的这个区域常常成为我们的孩子展示自己能力的一个区域。我们常常觉得，要取得良好的教育效果，最好的方式不是单向地教他们怎么做，而是让他们在做的过程中自己去思考、探究、实践，今天呈现给大家的是我们各个班级自己动手做的健康教育海报，我们的孩子从预防肥胖，预防近视，爱护牙齿，养成良好的卫生习惯四个方面进行了知识的检索，老师指导他们把成果动手做成海报，放在这个公共的区域里，对于健康教育知识的传播有很好的效果。

 The L-shaped teaching building has an intersected zone for our children to show their talents. We think that if we want to achieve better educational results, the best way is to let the children think, explore and practice themselves instead of teaching them what to do. Today, we want to show you the health education posters made by all the classes. Our children do some research in obesity prevention, myopia prevention, dental care and good hygiene habits first, and then the teachers here guide them through the making of posters, and place those posters in the public area, which is good for the dissemination of health education knowledge.
